COVID-19 has given the C in CPD a whole new meaning! 1st full week of #onlinelearning nearly done, I’ve had to get my head around so much tech. Upskilling myself on @explainevrythng to make teaching videos has been a challenge but the outcome looks good! #techforlearning #edtech pic.twitter.com/ygIe3vq9vS

Just shared this video with my #JCBusiness 3rd years. I have them revising tax and payslips. I took them through the 2019 SEC Question 18b payslip. Video made using @explainevrythng my new favourite app. Follow the link to view the video. https://t.co/XMP5uvelum pic.twitter.com/nNux6y8Khq

The biggest challenge teachers around the globe are facing is to keep creating engaging materials. Today I used @explainevrythng to create an experiment template that includes research. Students will be working directly on the project and adding their own findings #LearnFromHome pic.twitter.com/7o2kN7kulN

Explain Everything is a game changer

This app has a great many bells and whistles that has really come in handy since I started using it a few weeks ago. It is easy to use and have used it several times to draw things out for my students while teaching them online. Having the recording feature is also great. Thank you!
This app is as game changer. I teach math and I’m able to teach my kids through visuals now. This app can make shapes and even has a protractor and a ruler so I can show them how to measure! Recording is easy. There’s even a edit function so that you can take a part out if you decide you don’t won’t a portion of your video. This is great so you don’t have to start your recording over again if you make a mistake. I recommend this app!
I discovered this app when I had to move my teaching online. It is so good I will pay to use it for the entire year. Thank you for this amazing helping tool.
Impressive the potential of this tool, from a tablet it opens an infinite world of possibilities, from mounting a presentation to creating a video to save, share or broadcast live and also collaboratively. It is very easy to operate and transports you to another era.
I recently started making videos for my students because of lockdown in my country and this app contains literally all the features I need to customize my videos to my liking! Even though the annual subscription is a little costly, I am loving using the app daily.
I’m using this to support my lecture content. For me it’s an absolute game changer as I can provide additional support and content which the students love. I can use it to provide alternative ways to present material. The interface is intuitive and the software is very flexible. Even to the point of being able to insert a searchable browser window into the presentation. Easy cloud upload to and link to video can easily be incorporated into our VLE.
Wow what an exceptional power!
Too bad I do not agree with the “purchase” by subscription, For this kind of app I am ready to put 50 euros. Well done anyway, this is what best meets the expectations of teachers from my point of view.
It is amazing! The way I can draw and write, people can already see how useful this app is by the name! It has endless possibilities and I can make myself look like I’m in Disney land without the green screen. I highly recommend it to all ages, after all don’t we want to use something useful for projects?
I don’t know where I would be without this app. I use Explain Everything on my iPad Pro during every class. With an Apple TV I’m able to project the notes as I take them in class, then I simply save the notes as a PDF and post them online. Also making videos is SUPER easy. Whenever I know I will be out, I just record a video of the notes and post the link on Google Classroom, the students never miss a beat. I highly recommend this app to all teachers, I originally read about it on a teacher blog and I’m extremely satisfied!
