Explain Everything for Chrome OS and Android updated!

Explain Everything Chromebook Android 2.40 update

Explain Everything version 2.40 is now available from the Chrome Web Store and the Google Play Store. With this update, we unified the look of our interactive whiteboard app across all operating system platforms. It now features the refreshed white interface so that all users of Explain Everything will have the same interface regardless of device. (Note: Explain Everything Classic for iPad still has the Black UI) . Here is the full list of changes included in this update:

Brand new color scheme and interface revamp

With lighter colors, new colorful button icons and menus, and an update of the interface, tutorials, community blog posts, and other resources shared about using Explain Everything can be more easily applied regardless of platform. Plus it looks really nice!

Sign in with Google

We simplified the login and account creation process on Android devices. Now, you can sign in or create a new Explain Everything account using a Google account.

Google Drive and local storage listing performance improvements

We improved the way Explain Everything interacts with Google Drive. The content in folders should now appear immediately after you open them.

Cutout Tool

Select a part of the stage and duplicate it as a separate object. This way you can easily emphasize important information or quickly multiply other objects or fragments of pictures inserted to the stage.
