Behind the Scenes: Meet the Explain Everything Team! Part 1

Our company’s mission is to define and support a new paradigm for knowledge building and sharing. Our latest efforts towards addressing this mission can be seen in Explain Everything Collaborative Whiteboard. Perhaps you have wondered about the people who actually build and maintain our products….so let us introduce you to some of the team members!

First some background: Explain Everything company has two offices: one in Wroclaw, Poland and the other in New York City. In Wroclaw you will find Bartosz and Piotr, who are two of the three co-founders, 16 developers, 5 testers, marketing teams and support providers.

In New York, our third co-founder, Reshan, along with two other team members, communicate with users and business partners as we continue to develop our ideas in support of the ways people share ideas and learn.

American Explain Everything Team

In this post, we are happy to introduce you to the Art and Design Team. Members of this department turn every visual and graphic concept from idea to reality while constantly thinking about user interfaces, interactions, and experiences. Like all members of the EE team, they brainstorm and iterate future versions of our apps, always thinking about users of our products first.

	Dominika Ćwiertnia (Creative Designer) Milton Glaser famously said: There are three responses to a piece of design – yes, no, and WOW. My true ‘wow’ of Explain Everything is its capacity for both engaging and elucidating through the designing process itself.
	Sonia Kluga (Creative Designer) Being a part of Explain Everything is a real joy. I am surrounded by fantastic people and have the pleasure to  EXPLAIN EVERYTHING to users via the power of colors, shadows and shapes. It’s a great adventure!
	Ivo Rzepiela (Lead Designer) Designing Explain Everything is a fantastic journey, it’s like exploring infinite space, we have a great team and a powerful ship. We work hard to discover and innovate great tools that will help to explain everything.
	Maciej Zadykowicz (UX Designer) Spiderman once said ‘With great power comes great responsibility’. That’s the best thing about designing Explain Everything: we imagine things that don’t exist and guide them to life, to change the lives of millions of educators, creators and students worldwide.

The first Explain Everything Team has been revealed. But it’s just the beginning…
