Insert Videos (Android and Windows) :)

By in News .

Today we released updates for Explain Everything on Android and Windows – update your app or download from Google Play and Windows Store. Here are the changes:

Inserting Videos (Android and Windows) – This was the single most requested feature of our users that don’t use iOS. Now, using the ‘Insert object’ menu you can include video files or record new ones right from the canvas screen.

Interface update (Windows) – The record control buttons are now moved to the bottom, along with slide sorter menu and export icons – so it’s much more like the iOS version. Now there’s also a timeline that you scroll and scale with pinch gestures – and move to a specific point in your screencast. Tap the timer to open it.

Record from any point (Android & Windows) – Recording now can start from any point, meaning you can scroll the timeline to a desired time point and redo parts of your screencast.

Here’s how the feature comparison of Explain Everything across systems looks like after the updates. Stay tuned – updates are coming every 6 to 8 weeks!
