You might have noticed that in the 2.60 update we added a new Upacom cloud connection. It’s a service that is being used by futureclass.net, a portal that supports information exchange between teachers and students in South Korea. Recently the project has been featured in South Korean tv series along with teachers using Explain Everything.

In August 2013 a KBS Panorama team a part of Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) has started filming the “21st Century Education Revolution”. It’s a documentary series in which a group of teachers is trying to incorporate new teaching methods based around flipped classroom to see how it affects student’s engagement.

Teachers who participated in the project have been using Explain Everything on their iPads to create their first screencasts and online lectures for students. The first episode of the series has shown how students’ attitude has changed during the course of the first few weeks and how effective classroom flipping can be. Here Here are couple of shots from the episode, click on a thumbnail to open the gallery.
