With the 2.43 update to Explain Everything we continue to introduce new features of the timeline and track editing. We have also added new export resolutions for users who wish to show their presentations in HD quality with letterbox 16:9 format, looping options for inserted videos and sounds, and support for Ukrainian. We have also updated our Track Editing post to reflect new changes.
New track editing option – Setting Marks: You can now delete a specified part of your recording. Enter the track editing menu by tapping and holding the timeline and tap the “set mark” button. When you place two marks on the timeline you will be asked if you want to delete the clips from the timeline, leaving an empty space, or “delete and compact” – the marked area will disappear completely, and the recording will “compact” leaving no empty space.
New export resolutions: You can now export your presentations as movies in Full HD and 16:9 format. There is also an option to show 16:9 guide lines that indicate the stage area that will be exported.
Video and Sound looping: Now it is possible to loop the video or audio file inserted into the presentation. Tap the loop icon on the playback control bar to make them play indefinitely.
New Ukrainian translation: Ukrainian is the 16th language we support.
