Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Explain Everything Beta program?

The Explain Everything Beta Program lets users try out new versions of Explain Everything before they are released. The feedback you provide on quality and usability helps us identify issues, fix them, and make Explain Everything even better. Please note that since the public beta has not yet been commercially released, it may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not function as well as commercially released apps and services. Be sure to back up your projects before installing beta versions of Explain Everything apps. Install the beta apps only on non-production devices that are not business critical. We strongly recommend installing on a secondary system or device.

How do I provide feedback to you?

You can either use the in-app contact form in ○○○ > About > Send us your feedback or by using the contact form on the contact page.

Who can participate?

Explain Everything Beta is open to anyone that’s willing to participate in it and consents to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy during the sign-up process. Depending on the information you provide when contacting us we will be able to provide you with access to different versions of the software. Your Apple ID is required for iOS app and Google account for Google Play Store versions of Explain Everything. Please remember that these emails don’t have to be the same with your Explain Everything Beta account.

Do I have to pay a fee to join the program or pay for software?

No. Both the program and software are free.

Why do you need my Apple ID/Google account?

These are required only if would like to test iOS or Google Play version of Explain Everything Beta. Without them we will be able to provide you only with access to the Explain Everything Online Whiteboard that you’ll be able to access with your web browser.

Will I be able to participate indefinitely?

We don’t plan on revoking beta access to anyone already in the program however we will perform tests and wipes across the platform prior to each release. These will reset all account data and projects so if you’d like to keep them be sure to back them up.
